It is proposed to discuss the challenges faced by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation when attracting investments in transport infrastructure facilities, as well as proposals from the regions to improve work at the federal level. Since 2018, regional projects have been launched to identify and develop private fastest-growing tech companies (the Regional Champions project). The project currently includes 10 regions. Regional projects aim to increase the volume of high-tech exports and sales of tech companies, establish a mechanism for eliminating administrative barriers for tech companies, and increase the efficiency of mechanisms of governmental support for innovative business.
