Join the forum
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, the Strategic Planning Leaders Forum 2020-2021: Reality 2021 and Agenda for the Next Decade is divided into two stages. The first stage took place online in 2020 and included 13 events. Video recordings can be found here.
The main in-person stage will take place on 25-26 October in St. Petersburg. The programme includes over 30 events dedicated to strategic planning technology, coordination of strategies, regional and municipal development tools, international cooperation, green economy, Sustainable Development Goals, and other important topics. Speakers will be composed of leading Russian and foreign experts, heads of federal, regional and municipal authorities. Expected number of participants is about 1000.

About Forum
The Forum is held annually since 2002 and has already firmly and justifiably gained the right to be regarded as the main platform for discussion of methods and tools of strategic planning, as well as constructive analysis on the most important and sensitive problems of strategic plans and complex projects implementation in urban development of Russian Federation.
The Strategic Planning Leaders Forum annually brought together over 1000 participants: representatives of the Federal Assembly of Russia, federal ministries and agencies of Russia, regional administrations and legislative assemblies, municipalities, business, academic and expert communities, NGOs, foreign countries, and mass media.
