[2021-10-26] / The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the Green Mobility Award 2020-2021 was held.

The Council of the Baltic Sea States won in the nomination "For the contribution to sustainable urban development". The award was presented to Grzegorz Poznanski, Director General of the Secretariat of the Council of the Baltic Sea States and Daria Akhtina, Senior Adviser, Head of Department: Sustainable and Prosperous Region. In the nomination "Cities for People of the 21st Century" the winner was the city of Pskov for the creation of the first plan for sustainable development of the city in Russia. The award was received by Alexander Bratchikov, Deputy Chairman of the Pskov Regional Assembly of Deputies, Head of the Pskov City Administration (2017-2021), Pavel Volkov, Deputy Head of the Pskov City Administration and Kristina Kobyz, Chairman of the Committee for the Implementation of Cross-Border Cooperation and Tourism Programs in the Pskov City. Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory Alexander Osipov was chosen as the winner in the nomination “For Contribution to the Sustainable Development of Territories”. The award was presented to Petr Popov, Deputy Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory - Head of the Representative Office of the Government of the Trans-Baikal Territory under the Government of the Russian Federation.
