[2021-10-26] / CMS-2021 ended with victory for Dudinka and Severodvinsk
Within the framework of the XIX All-Russian Forum "Strategic planning in the regions and cities of Russia: the reality of 2020 and the agenda of the decade", the final of the VII competition of municipal strategies (CMS-2021) was held. This year, the competition included one main nomination - "Best Implemented Strategy in the Arctic" - and several additional nominations from the Contest co-organizers.
The winner in the group of municipalities with a population of less than 50 thousand people was the city of Dudinka of the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets municipal district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to the results of the jury's voting, the urban district of the Arkhangelsk region "Severodvinsk" became the absolute winner and winner in the group of municipalities with a population of over 50 thousand people.
The prize from the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation “For striving for growth” was awarded to the smallest participant in the competition - the rural settlement “Shoinsky Selsovet” in the Zapolyarny District of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government awarded the Oleneksky Evenk National Region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) with the prize "For the preservation of the ethnic population and the development of the territory."
