During the first day of the Forum, the results of the VII competition of municipal strategies 2021 "The Best Implemented Strategy in the Arctic" will be summed up. The session is scheduled to start at 17:15. The event will be attended by representatives of 11 municipalities. The competition is held in order to identify successful experience in the implementation of strategies and strategic projects in the municipalities of the Arctic zone of Russia, as well as to identify innovations and effective solutions to socio-economic problems at the municipal level.
