The first plenary session is dedicated to the discussions about state, regional and municipal management strategies. Rectors of HSE, ITMO and Tomsk State University are invited to participate. During the second plenary session, the Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Alexey Kudrin and the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov will talk about the prospects of using evidence-based policy in Russia with the participation of representatives of the regions - winners of the competition of practices and initiatives on the application of evidence-based approach to management decision-making held by the Accounts Chamber.
